Liverpool are ready to bid for Valencia star David Silva.
Valencia are prepared to sell the Spain international winger, which has alerted Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez.
Chelsea and Arsenal are also keen.
"Everything has changed here and the whole atmosphere within the team is different," Silva said in The Sun. "England is a sensational country for football and Liverpool is a big team."
